Legal Copying and Scanning

Naegeli Reporting Corporation houses all files in perpetuity in a managed repository. With a secure online repository you can store and access legal documents and depositions as well as transmit confidential documents.

We also provide the following services:

Document Copying - High-volume copying, in black and white or color, Bates numbering, binding, and x-ray duplication.

Legal Copying and Scanning - Document scanning in word searchable format, which reduces the cost and complexity of document management.

Document Preparation - File structure set-up, high-resolution scanning, and archiving; automatic Bates numbering; and database assembly, including coding.

Trial Exhibit Production - Black and white or color document enlargements, timeline design and production. We provide enlargements in standard and non-standard sizes, and we offer same-day service for exhibits needed during trial. Naegeli Reporting Corporation also produces blowback printouts of previously scanned digital files and provides the technical support for importing them into case management software.
